Refund policy

BBBB, LLC aka "Butchies Bed Bug Bureau" has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement CD-Rom in the U.S. or if requested, an email replacement download of the app. The Bed Bug Trainer.

To request a replacement of your CD-Rom or Digital Download you must contact us at stan@bbbbllc.com. Please note that the request should state the problem, we also need your order number, address if requesting CD-Rom and valid email address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the program is corrupted or not properly loading. If your CD-Rom is damaged or if you receive an error message when installing the let us know immediately. We promise to make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if The Bed Bug Trainer is being PURCHASED & DOWNLOADED in the UK you have a 14 Day Withdrawal period to cancel your order, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase dated.

Refunds Must Be Requested & Approved
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days following request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
